zPusteven.cz is an information guide to the area around Pustevny. This page describes what data is created when you use it and how that data is handled.

1. Who the data controller is
The operator of the zPusteven.cz website and the controller of the personal data processed in connection with running it is:

2. The game layer and favourite places
The Beskids passport, favourite places, quiz results and the blind map are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage). The operator has no access to them, so this is not processing of personal data - you manage the data yourself by clearing the website's data in your browser settings.
3. Suggested edits to the texts
The form for suggesting a text correction is anonymous - it stores no name and no e-mail address, only the text of the suggestion and the path to the page. Personal data is processed only if you write it into the text of the suggestion yourself.
5. Infrastructure, logs and processors

- Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting, the database of suggested edits, visitor measurement and access logs. IP addresses are recorded there temporarily to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Processor
- Vrealmatic - technical maintenance and development of the website.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to its correction and erasure, to restriction of processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů. In practice there is little for those rights to attach to: the passport, favourite places and quiz results stay only in your browser and the operator has no access to them, suggested edits are stored anonymously, and Cloudflare's access logs are not tied to your identity.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be adjusted over time, particularly as the website gains new features. The current version is always at this address and the date of the update is given at the top of the page.
